HOW ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES DETERMINED?
Shipping rates vary depending on your location and the weight of the order. To calculate the exact cost of shipping for your order, place the items you'd like to order in your shopping cart, and at the bottom of the cart page, the shipping rates are automatically calculated and updated each time an item or quantity is added.
WHAT IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?
All orders are processed through our trusted partner LBC Express Inc. Once we have been able to process your order and it has been shipped out, a tracking number is assigned to it. We will send you an email or text message with all the details including the name of the carrier, the ship date and the tracking number.
If you don't receive the email or have misplaced your tracking number, it can be found on our site by doing the following:
- Visit your Account by clicking My Account located at the upper right of the website.
- For security purposes, login to your account by entering your username and password. If you do not have an account, unfortunately you won't have access to your order and tracking information through the site.
- On the My Account page, click Orders. This page lists all your previous orders with the most recent at the top of the page.
- Click the order number for the order you'd like to review. Tracking details, including the tracking number, ship date, status, and more, are all listed along with up-to-date delivery information.
Note: It can take up to 24 hours for tracking numbers to update in the system. If tracking information is not available, please wait 24 business hours from the time the order was shipped.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY USUALLY TAKE?
Usually it takes around 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.
WHAT IF MY ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE WHEN EXPECTED?
If you do not receive your order within the expected time frame, please contact us through our Customer Service so we can coordinate it with LBC Express Inc.
